(if you are looking for something new this is the perfect book you are looking for.)

A magnificent work, that is how I would describe this novel. The author has all the power to give life to the characters, particularly Victoria Woodhull.

Victoria Woodhull, the first woman who ran for the US Presidential Elections, though Victoria had been forgotten for so long and erased in the minds of (some) American people. Eva made an excellent work to make Victoria Woodhull’s name became remarkable again.

I was not a real reader of Historical Fiction Novels because for me it is a boring genre but when I started reading The Renegade Queen everything became different. Flynn’s style in writing made me turn the pages and finished it.

This work is a great eye opener, not just for Americans but to everyone. Woodhull is a strong woman of her time, she fought for freedom and rights of women. I admire all the sacrifices of Victoria throughout the story. Despite of all the hindrance, she never loses hope. She managed to stand still after all the humiliations and pain she experienced.
